The BSC_BNB team is expected to perform a network upgrade and hard fork on January 14, 2026 at 10:30 (UTC+8). In line with this upgrade, HashWhale will implement the following arrangements:

1. Suspension of Services

Deposits and withdrawals via the BSC_BNB network will be temporarily suspended starting January 14, 2026 at 09:30 (UTC+8).

2. Resumption of Services

Deposits and withdrawals will be reopened once the upgraded network is confirmed to be stable. No further announcement will be made regarding the resumption.

Additional Notes

• During the maintenance window, withdrawals through the BSC_BNB network will be unavailable.
• If users initiate on-chain deposits during the maintenance period, credited balances may be delayed even if the transaction is confirmed on-chain. To avoid delays, misrouting, or failed credits, users are advised not to perform related on-chain operations during the maintenance window.
• Other supported networks on HashWhale will remain fully functional and will not be affected by this upgrade.
