HashWhale will support the upcoming ETH network upgrade and hard fork. The arrangement is as follows:

• The network upgrade and hard fork are expected to take place at 05:49 on December 4, 2025 (UTC+8).
• HashWhale will begin maintenance on the ETH network at 04:50 on December 4, 2025 (UTC+8). During this period, ETH withdrawal services will be temporarily suspended.

Special Notes:

• During the maintenance window, the system will suspend withdrawal functions.
• If users initiate deposits from the blockchain during this time and the transaction is confirmed on-chain, the deposit may be delayed.
• To prevent failed deposits or abnormal asset inflows due to blockchain operations, HashWhale will also temporarily suspend deposits and other services related to affected tokens during internal maintenance.
