If you become aware of, or suspect, that any HashWhale employee, consultant, related person, or their affiliate—or anyone claiming to be such—has solicited a bribe from you, please notify HashWhale immediately and send full details to: integrity@hashwhale.io

HashWhale will strictly keep confidential the identity of all reporters and all information provided, and will take the following measures to protect you:

1. Whether an improper benefit or advantage was offered or provided by you proactively or under pressure to any HashWhale employee, related person, or their affiliate, if—before HashWhale learns of the matter through other channels—you proactively provide effective information to HashWhale and explain the circumstances, HashWhale may, at its sole discretion and considering the actual situation, choose to continue business cooperation with you. HashWhale may also choose not to pursue liability for any of the above-mentioned violations.

2. For information regarding commercial bribery that you provide which is substantiated upon verification, HashWhale will award a reward to the reporter, commensurate with the impact and seriousness of the misconduct.
